Overview
Working across three schools (Chapelhill Primary, Manor Primary and Mendell Primary), you will embody our core values of Pride, Community, Ambition, Resilience, and Integrity. Your responsibilities will include:
• Championing Needs: Identifying and supporting diverse needs to ensure all learners can thrive.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborating with Senior Leadership Teams to ensure SEND provision is seamless across the Trust.
• Removing Barriers: Designing bespoke interventions that provide equal access to opportunities for all.
• Building Community: Acting as a trusted bridge between the school, parents, and external agencies with absolute integrity.
• Resilient Advocacy: Navigating the complexities of EHCPs and funding with a 'never give up' attitude for our children.

• Hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO).
• Possess the resilience to manage a multi-site workload while maintaining high standards.

Salary & Benefits
Salary from £51048 to £53835 per year
