Our Operational Offer
Alongside school improvement work, we recognise the need for schools to have access to the right operational expertise and knowledge to enable headteachers to focus on the vital work of driving education standards and experiences.
That is why we continually devolve more income to the schools as the Trust grows, using the Trust’s central fund to provide:
- Full financial support – budget preparation & ongoing monitoring, monthly reporting, statutory accounts and returns (BFR, AAR etc)
- HR advice
- Procurement
- Estates management – working towards net zero and assisting in priority areas of improvement
- ICT strategy implementation
- Management of staff wellbeing programme and funding
- Monitoring of Trust risks – audit committee, internal scrutiny programme, risk register
- Staff development – sessions delivered to upskill support staff
- Governor Training
Leadership Development - Our Model
