Leading Learners Multi-Academy Trust

Welcome from our Chair

Welcome to the Leading Learners Multi-Academy Trust website. We are a dynamic, aspirational Trust, passionate about creating environments in which whole school communities can thrive. We are wholehearted about delivering the best education possible for all our young people and supporting educators in their mission.

The Trust compiles a comprehensive and bespoke package for every academy, including strategic and operational support, to improve every aspect of the learning environment. Working together, we share best practice which ultimately seeks to improve teaching, learning and leadership at all levels.

Strong Leadership

Leading Learners is led by a skilled leadership team, steered by the Chief Executive Officer, a school improvement specialist with years of experience in delivering exceptional outcomes.

All Trust academies benefit from strategic leadership and a clear direction. Headteachers are held to account within a culture that is based on coaching and mentoring for consistent learning as well as reviews, evaluates and promotes diagnostic and forensic analysis to plan improvement. Our culture is also steeped in best practice research enabling self-reflection and growth of individuals; and celebrates success and embraces challenge.

Our Aspirations

In each Trust academy, our expectations to deliver outstanding outcomes for children, staff and the wider community drives our Trust aspirations and goals:

Every child: Should be safe and secure, allowing them to make good or better progress in every class; want to improve and to know how to do so; have access to a rich, vibrant and contextualised curriculum and be independent, resilient and respectful.

All staff: Should work in a positive, learning-focused environment, allowing them to; benefit from access to high-quality professional and career development; work as part of a wider learning community, sharing best practice; benefit from mentoring and coaching support and have the opportunity to link with organisations such as the University of Cumbria and NCTL.

Every community: Should have access to excellent academies which consistently achieve; benefit from academies which support families and build strong relationships; have an academy which engages effectively with its surrounding area; have easy access to those persons leading academies and providing the education of children and have an academy which meets and exceeds the local, national and international educational agenda.
