Mendell Primary School

Mendell Primary School is a one-form intake school based in The Wirral. An inclusive and friendly school, we welcome all families and children into our community. We recognise that all children have talents and abilities to celebrate, and we help them to discover and develop these. We encourage a strong community spirit by showing consideration and respect for each other, understand differences, and uphold kind, well-mannered behaviour.

Our passionate and hard-working staff constantly strive to create the best learning experiences for our children. We ensure they are having fun and learning in a safe, supportive environment. 

Our vision, Aspire, Challenge, Achieve, is embodied in our school ethos. We want our pupils to be confident, aspirational, and empowered to participate successfully at an academic, social, and emotional level in a rapidly changing world, developing their individual strengths and being positive role models in society. 

As a proud reading school, we aim to develop a love for reading in our children by supporting every child to learn to read by age 7.
