Our trust systems


Our academies are expected to implement Trust systems in order to increase efficiency and streamline operations. These may include:


  • assessment reporting procedures
  • academy self-evaluation proformas
  • report to governors and/or Trust Board proformas
  • annual school review process
  • performance management system
  • school improvement proformas; and
  • Health and Safety procedures


We respect each academy's individuality and do not implement identity changes except where strictly necessary to meet the goals of the Trust
