Our trust systems
Our academies are expected to implement Trust systems in order to increase efficiency and streamline operations. These may include:
- assessment reporting procedures
- academy self-evaluation proformas
- report to governors and/or Trust Board proformas
- annual school review process
- performance management system
- school improvement proformas; and
- Health and Safety procedures
We respect each academy's individuality and do not implement identity changes except where strictly necessary to meet the goals of the Trust
