Our Trust Systems
Our academies are expected to implement Trust systems in order to increase efficiency and streamline operations. These may include:
- website templates;
- assessment reporting procedures;
- academy self- evaluation proformas;
- report to governors and/or Executive Director proformas;
- annual school review process;
- performance management system;
- school improvement proformas;
- generic HR policies;
- HR procedures; and
- health and safety procedures.
We respect each academy’s individuality and do not implement identity changes except where strictly necessary to meet the goals of the Trust.
