Systems Management

Our Trust systems

Our academies are expected to implement Trust systems in order to increase efficiency and streamline operations. These may include:
•    Assessment reporting procedures
•    Academy self-evaluation proformas
•    Report to governors and/or Trust Board proformas
•    Annual school review process
•    Performance management system
•    School improvement proformas; and
•    Health and Safety procedures
We respect each academy's individuality and do not implement identity changes except where strictly necessary to meet the goals of the Trust.
